Leaving this review months after their service. We had a roof leak and during repairs found signs the attic had previously been infested with rodents. These guys came out and did great work remediating/sanitizing and installing new batting. Excellent communication all around, hard working team, and they even went the extra mile with some small requests I had at no charge. What really set them apart was when I reached back out to address a minor mistake they made which was found after they completed work, Matt immediately resolved the issue. Genuinely impressed with these guys. This is how a business is run. Thanks Matt, Cole, and the rest of the team.

I worked with Advanced Insulation System to install new Insulation and drywall in our garage. Despite some minor setbacks, Matthew and his crew were able to do it right and we got an amazing transformation! Thanks to AIS for the renovations my parents are extremely happy with how things turned out!! Definitely recommend!

I recently had Advanced Spray Foam insulate the attic rafters of a house I'm working on for a family member in El Cajon. If anyone is considering the value of the material, we had our attic temps drop from 130 on average to basically air temp outside. Price was very competitive and the team that did the install and clean up were very respectful of the house and kept things clean. I also used the attic clean out service they offer to remove an old re-roof job that had filled the space with debris and old blow in that was full of mice remnants. Again another team that was extra careful and did a great job. Matt and John the owners give timely status updates and the contract process was fair and no pressure. I will use them again in the future.

We had a smell coming from our kitchen ceiling duct after using our air conditioning system during the hot weather. Mathew came over and did a free inspection and was very thorough. They checked everything in the attic and also inside the kitchen ducts and they didn't find anything except dust. They recommended getting a company to come out and clean the dust out of the ducts and to use a deodorizer. They did an excellent inspection and helped us resolve our issue very quickly. We will definitely use their services again and he said they also offer installing new insulation in the attic and adding sanitation to help with conserving energy.

I can’t recommend this company enough. I was having trouble keeping my house cool even after recently paying another company to install attic insulation. Instead of trying to sell me on more work, they took the time to thoroughly inspect my attic, checked multiple areas, and even drilled a small inspection hole to verify whether insulation had actually been installed. It turned out there wasn’t insulation where there should have been. What impressed me most was their honesty. They encouraged me to contact the original company and have them correct their mistake rather than trying to profit from the situation. They spent their time inspecting everything, explaining what they found, and didn’t charge me a dime. It’s rare to find a company that’s this knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely looking out for the customer. When I do need insulation work in the future, they’ll be the first company I call. Highly recommend!

We have a home that has a basement. It has three opening with about 3100 sq ft of storage. During the 23 years we have lived here it became an area filled with everything that we brought from our prior house and a dumping ground for anything else. It also became to home to rats, rodents, urine, feces and chewed up belongings. It became obvious that this was a real hazard. Trying to find a company that could perform all the services that would be needed was difficult until I contacted Advanced Insulation System. There are not enough superlatives to describe this company. Everyone I have had contact with is professional, personable and hard working. First they had to empty the contents of the basement, which was an enormous job. I will show photos. Once emptied, the hazardous things, rats, rodents, feces, urine, chewed up belongings were removed. All the areas were sanitized and sealed against any intrusion by creatures. Heavy insulation plastics were used on the foundation and floors and insulation was blown in to seal the entire basement. They assigned workers to assist me in sorting out the contents of the basement. The things that I wanted to keep were sorted and placed in the basement, charity items were separated and they loaded up anything that was not salvageable in their big truck and took it to the dump. It seemed overwhelming until the fellows, who are very organized, helped me make decisions about what to keep, give to charity and throw away. This took many days and the crew were spectacular. They left everything clean and organized. I really appreciate the dedication and expertise they showed in dealing with this unhealthy and messy condition. The employees all represent the company in a positive light and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I feel that their pricing was fair and everything was done to perfection.
